This project centers on the tenant improvement of an existing restaurant building, located in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. Our objective is to revitalize the space for "Love Bake Wings," by Mike Shand aiming to deliver a casual, healthy fast-food experience. The design and execution of this project are crafted to align with Pasadena's stringent historic district design guidelines, ensuring a well integrated building with the surrounding architectural heritage.
