• The project is located in historic Old Town Pasadena. Design had to adhere to Pasadena's historic district design guidelines. The client was in the process of rebranding Love Baked Wings and the design needed to adhere to a casual healthy fast food restaurant.
• Conditional use permit (existing) — Delta coordinated with the planning department to ensure design was consistent with CUP.
• Coordination with basement level tenant for mechanical engineering of plumbing waste and gas was running through space.

This project centers on the tenant improvement of an existing restaurant building, located in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. Our objective is to revitalize the space for "Love Bake Wings," by Mike Shand aiming to deliver a casual, healthy fast-food experience. The design and execution of this project are crafted to align with Pasadena's stringent historic district design guidelines, ensuring a well integrated building with the surrounding architectural heritage.
